1 cup whole dairy milk, coconut or almond yogurt
1 T raw, unsalted almond or other nut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground dried ginger
2 tsp maple syrup or molasses, or to taste
1/4 C granola, optional
1-2 T raw pumpkin seeds, optional
Stir in the cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and maple syrup. Top with the optional granola and pumpkin seeds.
